I only played this league once so I don't remember all the details. How many names do we submit per round, how many players do we draft and what is the cap?

You submit 12 players in the first round, then the remainder in every consecutive round (so if you are awarded 3 players, you'll submit 9 names for round 2). If there are any repeat selections, those players are banned after every round. No cap
