How would you distribute practice minutes? Topic

Agreed about all 60s everything players. I sign guys every now and then like the hypothetical player mentioned above. The intent I have is for them to be studly! But when they turn into the jackass of all trades, they slide DOWN the depth chart and become fill in guys. Sometimes they're still good enough to be great players. But they ALWAYS turn into disappointment! (Meaning, going from green everything, and excitement upon signing them, to blue everything after 5 games in. And the excitement is gone)

Lol, the ones with low WE are the big disappointments. They take FOREVER to grow enough to disappoint you that they don't have any greens left. Like you say, sometimes they become studly players but I generally feel they need to have some slam dunk categories (60+ green) to draw my interest.

This guy might be valuable late in his career if he becomes a big time scorer but I would recruit him with skepticism.
