he must be bitter about being poached and how hard is it to keep a message ahaha
No, and no.

I just don't think that 20 HV's in one cycle is realisitic.

What's the harm in being able to toggle messages between read and unread? Every email software I've ever used has that feature. I use it all the time to remind me of messages that I need to respond or react to at a later time.

Instead of a limit on HVs in one cycle I would suggest a small bonus to earlier HVs. Waiting to “poach” gives one sort of advantage; offsetting that with a small bonus to committing early would seem fair and competitive.

What advantage do we get for waiting to poach? 20 visits early equals 20 visits late.

If you're referring to the element of surprise, that's not really an advantage. Or a bonus. It's more of a style or approach. But the values aren't affected

The advantage to poach is your flexibility. You still have your cash in case the recruit choice changes. Those that commit early don't have that option. Maybe it's a 'choice' thing, but I like the small advantage for early committing idea. I'm against the limit, though admittedly it seems odd that I can visit any recruit 20 times given NCAA restrictions. :P As to the small advantage, I mean if a school is all in on me, I'd prefer them over someone that jumps all over me near the deadline cause his 1st, 2nd, 5th options are gone.

Another side suggestion.

Turn off practice auto-adjust. If you go into practice, move minutes around either in team or player practice, it auto-places your freed minutes. BS

go to office -> user settings. then 3rd from the bottom, practice minutes auto-adjust.

the auto-adjust is absolute madness, IMO. not sure why the default is to have it on. i guess when seble built it, he figured it would be a waste if nobody used it! i think that came into existence when 3.0 came out.

Thanks gillispie! That auto-adjust is awful.

Throwing out one other cosmetic suggestion somewhat on topic of this thread.

Allowing a recurring pool search option of excluding top 100 players in the search. I'm not saying don't scout them in camps, but at DII and DIII when I look at DI players, I'm never going to put effort into top 100 players and its a waste of time to sort through who is and isn't.
I like this
