Question. Can the all ABA team have ANY ABA team on it or JUST the teams that DID NOT become NBA teams. I ask because I have seen Dr. J on those teams in the past but above it says its just the teams in bold

Correct - you can only use ABA teams that did not become NBA teams; if we did it the other way we would potentially have Nets Dr. J on two teams and universes would collide

And yes, Doc was a Squire and that's the version I used for my ABA entry last season....
