Has something changed with IF RRF since this presentation in 2009? There's a slide that shows best player-range at each position. The OFs are accurate, but none of the IF's he has listed are the best. Generally, not even the best instance of that particular player. I.e., '81 Buddy Bell 3B. He has Bell's RRF as 4.1, which isn't '81 Buddy Bell's RRF (3.71), isn't the best for a 3B with 80 Games and isn't even Buddy Bell's best RRF season.

Or maybe he was referring to a # RRF that we aren't able to search and see?

Also, the slides make ref to #RC/27. I don't believe there's a way for us to find that is there?

Bumping my last question so it doesn't get pushed too far down such that anyone with information misses it.

There have been a couple of updates since this presentation. Some of the ballpark effects have changed, as has the RRF calculation in the background. There isn't a RC/27# search, but you could calculate that out using RC/27 data and the log5 method detailed for the batter/pitcher matchup (or even using the normalization tool and just plugging RC/27 data into the fields for batter/pitcher matchup).
