This was a very fun build. I'm surprised more people aren't in already. Some people shy away from themes that involve a lot of research, but this one really doesn't. For those who are considering it, give it a try!

This was a super fun build. I actually finished a second team and I'm now debating which one I should go with.

To encourage more signups I'm going to add to the rules a bit more clarification on name connectivity.
If a players real or full name is different from what is used in the WIS database then it is ok to use that name as a link.
For instance: in baseball-reference.com Addie Joss's real full name is Adrian Joss. So any other player with a first name of Adrian would be eligible.

We are probably a long way from this league filling. If anyone wants to pull their team and redo it that is not a problem.
