Also for Game Analysis, some updates:
- Customize view - you can selectively show/hide any of the default filters and charts, and your selection will be preserved across browser sessions (unless you clear your cache).
- Columns settings - you can choose which columns to show / hide, and your selection will be preserved across browser sessions (unless you clear your cache).
- Hide / Show charts button is a quick way to show or hide the enabled charts.
- Hide / Show Filters button is a quick way to show or hide the enabled filters.
- I fixed a display issue with the table data where narrow screens would mess up alignment of column headers with the actual data making it pretty much unreadable.
- As mentioned above, the filters now include counts of the values and these recalculate based on the selected filters.
- There is a Clear All Filters button at the to which does exactly what it says it does.
- The filters themselves have sorting functions. You can sort by the value or by the count of the values in ascending or descending order. Not sure how useful this feature is, but it exists.
- I've a few new chart:
- Offensive Player Play Distribution
- Pass Depth Distribution
- Run Direction Distribution
Some missing capabilities that I plan to add:
- Column re-ordering and also preserving the ordering across browser sessions.
- Column re-sizing.
- Cell content wrapping - some cell data, like the play by play and progression details are not fully displayed. Until I add wrapping, the best way to view this data is by exporting to CSV.
- More charts. Let me know what might be useful:
- Blitzing position distribution
- Defensive position pass coverage distribution
- Defensive tendency distribution
Oh yeah, I'm also working to replace the Desktop GD Recruiting app with a browser extension. Still in the early stages of figuring that out, but stay tuned.
