what kind of hitting performance should I expect from a guy with 100 contact, 80+ batting eye, but vL and vR numbers in the high 20s and low 30s? playing in a extremely hitter friendly park?

and if he's only 20 - 30% effective vs L and R, who exactly is he getting all this contact off of?

He'll put it in play and he won't strike out. But think of him as an 8 year old hitting it off a tee against Big Leaguers on a big league field.

Do you think picking Strasburg, Chapman, and Heyward, on my fantasy baseball teams was a good move. We have 21 picks, and everyone is giving me beef over them(in all 3 leagues I am in)

Depends on when you picked them. They're nice to have in case they blow up but I wouldn't have them as starters. I took Posey for SF.

I'd take the pitcher in a heartbeat.
