Thanks, I thought it was a nasty combo. Combined for 2400 rushing yds and 23 td, but I went too run-heavy.

It is hard to do a RB quality combo with their salaries, even at 70 mil. You are never sure if they earn their worth bc you have to cut elsewhere to make it happen. So many do the platoon RB strategy and reduce by a few million. Then they pay a robust QB, Def, and 1 stud WR, or push it with a TE or big play 3rd or 4th wideout. Leveraging in playmakers vice stamina. Both can win. I’ve seen it.

Just looked back on my Gale Sayers and Wham Bam Van Buren backfield in the draft league. But that was 75 mil cap.

I did have a Chubb and Michel combo in an open league. Got to the SB and lost on a game tying extra point with almost no time left. 38-37. I had a little juice left offensively to win in OT. Oh well, it was good Chubb year high 60s in both ratings and a carry eating Michel with stamina that didn’t have a good run rating, but they collectively wore out those defenses in the 60 mil variety. And sometimes have Michel would take the first half bulk of carries as RB 1, so Chubb would be fresh when I switched the depth chart order at halftime.

milest owns 2 of these teams, I'm guessing he will keep one of them, so either Bama or Cal will be available on school selection day 3.11.26.

All owners with a keeper team may select a 2nd team on 3.16.26.

I already have 2 completed rosters sitting in the queue! One of the schools we've never mentioned in the forum--and the other is not a powerhouse (barely found enough for the roster).

I'd like to return with 2 new schools. Have a roster completely prepped for one of them

I hear ya. I felt myself wanting to see if there were options on my teams at P/K, but it kills the fun if you look before the nucleus of the team is set.

I wait until the primary guys are in place, then see if there is a option. It sucks when you have 1 option and its terrible! My Stanford kicker. I'd rather pick my own crappy kicker or great kicker. It matters in this game for sure with these defenses. But who wants to start the core of their team thinking of a stud kicker first! I certainly love it more than I don't. Cade York for LSU was a legit factor this season.

And on to the milest Super Bowl. Congrats to him. It will be interesting to see which team he retains as a keeper--as the other will be dropped. If this were me, I would drop the winner! Defending titles is overrated and not as fun on the next go round. Can you imagine school selection day with either the winner or runner up available? Please don't let multiple people have the same time stamp at 601pm!

I'm leaning towards keeping Alabama bc I think I can tinker and make them better... I honestly don't think I can make the Cal Bears roster better than it currently is and would most likely just run it back.. I will make my decision as soon as the Super Bowl is over if that's ok....
