Haha! ***** everywhere!

It takes guts to admit your home town is full of stupid people.(57% full anyway) I guess I should also admit I live in an area that voted for Bush, although I don't know the percentage.

Confusing statement. I think most people have heard of Staten Island... I'm sure your going to tell me I'm wrong, but people who don't live there just think of it as part of New York. Why do the burrows of New York get special recognition? It's all part of the same city and like most big cities different parts of it have their own feel, but it's still New York. When I lived in Carrollton Texas I didn't tell people that. I told them I lived in the Dallas area since Carrollton is a suberb of Dallas.

I think Wyoming is the most unknown place of 460,000 people. We have over 500,000 people.
Wait, now I'm confused.

That is an odd part of my post to get stuck on. Just an afterthought at the end of my post, but here is further explination. If we have 500,000 people we also have 460,000 people so there is nothing wrong with that highlighted portion. The point is we have even more people than Staten Island and are still more unknown.

I think almost everyone knows what Wyoming is.

Anyone from John Hughes stomping grounds?
I found a site with locations from his movies, mostly in Chicago and the suburbs near Glenview and Northbrook Illinois, also Evanston and Winnetka.

Photos of Hughes filming locations in and around Northbrook can be seen at Alexander Rubinow's John Hughes Retrospective. at Shooting Locations

" This is a comprehensive listing of all the locations at which John Hughes filmed (which we were able to locate). The directions to each of the filming locations are as specific as possible. I hope you take as much enjoyment in visiting these historic landmarks as I do. "

I'm thinking of starting my first Theme League. I'd like to have a league of people who live in Wisconsin & Minnesota, or......are originally from there and live elsewhere now but call those states "home". The teams would be named from cities in the states that people consider their home town, i.e. "Madison Mustangs", etc....Having no idea of the makeup of this site, I'd like to get an idea of how many people here would qualify for this league, and how many would be interested. Open League rules, but probably 100M cap. Let me know, and thanks!
