In addition, I agree with oldschool. evil has effectively tanked the season before the year began. Can he recover next year, assuming that mainly rookies only will be available? On the flip side, Billpill's team will likely be strong for several years. Will he really be hurt by no 1st or 2nd round picks next year? Will either of them be around next year?

I agree with DD. xxevillivexx team is done for 1980 even without the trades. As long as he's willing to stick with the team I don't see anything wrong with those trades at this point (though I doubt he REALLY needed to give up Oglivie).

I'm going to weigh in here. You should be much more concerned on whether a few of the league's owners are returning. We have seen so many ridiculous one and done year players drafted, early and often. How is that going to make for an appealing opportunity for a new owner to take over.
Is there an actual process (ie voting for off season trades) or are you taking the my way or highway stance. Because, the one trade that should have been voted on was an 8th rd pick for a worthless 2nd rd pick trade that was made. Fortunately for the rest of the league, the owner selected TJ, who only has two good seasons in his tank.
