love the debate about the Dawkins pick. I'm excited about where my roster is heading, but at the same time savoy is right in his criticisms of Dawkins - he is a foul and turnover machine. At the same time, it's the end of round 4, seems like a high upside spot to take him.

Wedman was my other choice when I took Blackman. It came down to Wedman playing a lot fewer minutes per game so I took Blackman.

Dawkins was the right pick. He may be a foul and TO machine, but to Savoy's point @ him only playing @ 2000 minutes, that works in your favor as you will have many more games where his FG% will really help vs games where his Fouls and TO's will hurt. Besides, looks to me like a lot of the big men in this decade had a lot of fouls and to's per 48 min--(and they don't shoot no 60% from the field.) And furthermore, guess who the winner of this theme last time picked in the 4th Round?

Plus, Darryl Dawkins can dunk and Danny Schayes can't. :) lol

It’s fairly simple with Dawkins, just play him during the minutes when he is dunking and set him down when he is fouling and committing turnovers.

He was my favorite player on those Bullets' teams in the late 80s. I was living in the DC area at the time. They probably had the most un-basketball-looking basketball roster of all time. redacted, redacted, redacted, redacted, redacted. Just a mess of a team. But they did dominate at the buffet lines.

Anyone know what the reference is for Jackson's oft quoted saying as a color analyst? I actually googled it once but couldn't find a decent answer. Anyone know for sure?
