Sorry, but there's really nothing you can do about it and you can't expect niko to force leo to do the trade. You can expect someone to uphold a deal they agreed to, but in all reality, they can back out at any time if they got a better deal. Leo has been working angles non-stop with everyone. He also offered me a deal and then backed out while trying to muscle me into a different deal that I never agreed to. I'm not going to complain about it, though. I'm not even mad about it. It's the way dealing goes down sometimes.

Bottom line is this, you're going to have to suck it up and move on. He's not breaking rules and there's no enforcable code of ethics. What's being a shrewd GM to one person is just being a dick to another person. If it turns out that more people end up feeling the later about leo, he'll be unable to deal in this league and will have a rough go of it.

I can't make an owner trade players unfortunately before the league starts. Once they are on the table and sent during the league then they are pretty much binding unless a veto happens. I know it sucks and I have been trying to make a trade also but to no avail. I'm sorry if this was not the answer you were looking for. These trades are between you and the other owner since they do not have to be league approved.

Leo also assured me we had a deal involving Johnson and Hornsby, until I saw the post for his deal for Terry and Wilson. Obviously I assumed my deal with him was then dead. I agree with verbal kint, there's nothing you can do except not deal with him in the future. Hopefully it didn't mess up any of your draft.

the way i see it, unfortunately he didnt confirm it in the forum. if he had confirmed it publicly, i would have a serious issue with the trade being rescinded without it being vetoed by the league.

In the future I can make it that it was to be confirrmed in the forum for pre season trades by both managers and then it is binding.

We need our own Forum so we can have multiple threads. ie - Trade, Draft, Keepers, Discussion, etc.

We can't get our own forum until after the league has started (filled up season 1) as far as I know
