...And then my 3rd, Cla Meredith goes off the board. This is like a couple DEAL's ago when it seemed every use-able relief pitcher was taken by the end of round nine!
Hey guys....to win you still need to actually SCORE RUNS....hitters aplenty are out there! Doesn't it seem like things are pretty F'd up in WIS world when Jesse Hahn gets drafted one pick before Tony Gwynn??? Or Trevor Rosenthal (and all of his, what, 29 IP) gets drafted ahead of guys like Ichro, Bench, Betts and hell, half a dozen or more yet to be drafted guys??? Bizarre, this fascination with relief pitchers.
Maybe I'm all wrong...next DEAL draft, I'll just take Ed Seward and 10 40-60 inning guys with my 1st 11 picks, and see how it goes lol!
