back on track in a big way, despite the Sens getting an entire games' worth of shots on goal in the first.

So how much rubbing this win in to the wife is a bad idea?

lol! She can always get you back while you are sleeping...remember that, it will serve you well!

Well, your Guins won 8-2 tonight and even though he let in those 2 goals, Fleury was standing on his head with the amount of shots thrown his way!

8 goals after getting shutout is pretty impressive. However, allowing that many shots against isn't going to cut it. They've been pretty sound defensively since Bylsma took over so I don't know what happened last night.

That said. It was pretty cool to hear the crowd pulling for Guerin to get the HT. He probably got more ice time in the 3rd last night than any period of any game this season.

Is it just me, or does Geno look tired already? Perhaps the short season is affecting him moreso than anyone else, but I don't think he looks himself.

What the hell!!!!!!!

5 losses in a row. Aside from the blowout of the Sens, the Pens have looked awful for awhile now. Maybe time to shake things up a bit.

Back on track, with lots of nice secondary scoring.

Luca Caputi FTW!

Congrats cenquist! I'll be at the last regular season Saturday game ever at the Igloo with my family against Atlanta.

With the weather being what it is today, there may be as many bodies on the bench as there are in the seats tonight.

Bummer any time, but especially against the F'ers.

Stat of the Day for Thursday, Jan. 7: Evgeni Malkin (15-21-36) and Sidney Crosby (22-28-50) both have more goals and points against the Flyers than against any other team.

I hear ya brother

To paraphrase Denis Lemeiux - "...and for Losing to de Flyers, you know, like that. - Mm-hm.

All bad. You do that, you go to the box, you know.

Two minutes by yourself, and you feel shame, you know."

I was nervous until Richards scored the empty netter. The Pens can bring the offense big-time. They just cycle and cycle and cycle. It is unnerving.
