The game last night could have been 10-3 for the Canuck's.....Toskala played very well and he was rewarded by the Leafs today. Traded to Anaheim, a team that will make the playoffs YEARS before the Leafs do......Congrats to Vesa, he is now out of hockey's version of HELL. Dion goes from the frozen tundra to hockey's hotbed (hell).

OV didn't make the stat sheet last time he faced Luo in a 3-2 Vancouver win. I know he makes lots of $$ but he's played good enough the last month to put us in a pretty good postion. When they play like a team it doesn't matter who pay cheque is bigger. He allowed a stinker once and a while.

actually i haven't been paying that much attention to the east for a few weeks holer. last i saw jersey was on a tear and in first in their division. and brodeur was getting a shutout every few games. :>

these guys remind me of how Trevor Linden was treated as God for years here just because he had a great Stanley cup series in 94'..the one we lost..

I can only hope Gillis sees through this charade known as Luongo..maybe another couple playoff meltdowns like last year is all it will take?

I don't disagree with the desion to pull him from that game. Coach V made the right call puttng Raycroft in. I think Luongo plays way too much but when your winning it hard to make changes to the line up. I still think Raycroft should start more games. I think when Luongo's on a roll, let him play.
