@tarheel: the reason I didn't include names is because I don't think we should be pointing the finger at anyone. It was more to vent my frustration (which I do frequently) and say there are solutions: SM's and proxies (and hell this really only needs to be done when you can see that you will likely come back up before you are back at a computer). The whole community can be better, it doesn't fall on one person.

Last draft the highest person was a 2 hour average and I think that's a pretty reasonable expectation over the course of a 12 round draft. I'd be insane to think every should be as fast as Ben (2 minutes basically every Savage ever). The draft would be a lot less fun of it went that fast.

I had both proxies... and I wished you had. Would much rather you have had him since we have seen what Hakeem + Favors + Zubac looks like... and it's scary.
