I have been trying in Smith to get a group of us to move eventually up to DI and take over a lower level conference (like the Missouri Valley). It hasn't been very successful. I have tried to get RC to come back here and take Lasell, again, to no avail. Elmo has wanted to move up for a season or two, so we will be trying to move towards a lower level conference in DI over the next few seasons.

JTT, has joined me in DII from the Centennial, Elmo is moving up, RC has 2 good seasons in DII at Assumption.

I really don't want to take away from the NAC, but I also want everyone there who cares, to know my/our intentions. I am moving up from Holy Family, this year or next to whatever conference we decide we want. Due to the fact RC doesn't want back here in DIII at Lasell, I will then try to move in behind my Mizz. account with this one and take HF with this one. Thus one more season here and I will be gone from Lasell.

Floyd we would love to have you join us. (again, I don't want you to leave here), but if your gonna, any way,,, you may as well work towards joining us up there. I would like to extend an invitation to all of you but I don't want that to be the demise of the Allen NAC. (which has been the most fun I have had in HD)

I am sorry this is happening, however, it is going to sooner or later. If only 1-2 go each season we should be able to draw other good coaches in to take over the spots and keep the NAC dominate.

I have, and will continue to keep watch over a team or two here to see the conf. doesn't go to simmy

Look at this as a growth opportunity, a chance to get some motivated guys in to replace some who may be burning out at this level. These are excellant teams to take over in the best DIII conference around. I think the NAC could be stronger in a couple seasons than even now.

Good luck

I was planning to move up sooner or later, but I might stay in the NAC. I have an account (onepeat) in the Gulf South (Allen D2) currently. I could work to build that team to make a jump to D1. Either way, I am all for joining up in D1.

Looks like were looking at the Valley as of right now. 4-5 of us Missouri boys so we can actually get teams close to home and kids from high-schools we actually know of... kinda funny.

Cyben, I know your in the Ivy and prolly have no interest in leaving Bucknell. But, your very welcome to join us,,, and actually I hope 3-4 seasons from now to have enough coaches involved to take over 2 low DI conferences to sort of try to take over Allen DI from the bottom up. The Ivy might be the other group as it's far from full,,, entry level DI, and on the East coast so we won't have 20 teams in the same area of freinds fighting for the same kids.

Hey Mizzou77 ~ I am interested in principal to your Idea. I am moving to D2 this year, but should be in a good spot and be qualified for most C-/D+ prestige D1 jobs. Send me a sitemail when you finally decide on a spot. I would be interested I think.

mizzou, if I leave Bucknell it would have to be for a dream job. You guys should just join me in the Ivy. We've really started to make ourselves into a good little conference, but sadly we lost some quality coaches this past season.

Also, I hear that fictional Missouri boys like going to East coast Ivy schools where they can excel both on and off the court. See, its win-win.

If anyone grabs Carbondale, I'll give you the death stare. I'm SIU-C class of '85.

sounds great Reinsel, Floyd has dibs on da Dogs from So. Ill. and Cyben looks like we should prolly try to move into 2 maybe. There are 4-5 in each and I think in 3-4 seasons we can get enough to nearly fill both. I was headed to Evansville but someone got them allready. I will be moving from Holy Family next season. I will look at the Ivy down the road with the Team-RC account. There is no guarantee we can get any of these teams before someone else gets em, However, post your preference of top 1-2 teams and we'll try to make a good effort to see we get the teams we would prefer.

I've got a better shot of getting SIUC with this ID. Already sitting in D2 (Gulf South) with a couple of buddies from the CC in the same division. Apparently, barreltrap jumped there, too.

Mr. Morgan was lightly regarded due to his poor overall rating, but has the potential to be a tremendous asset on defense from the SF position due to high ath, speed, and def. He should also contribute to the offense well with decent BH and very improvable passing. He is not a great option as a scorer, but his perimeter should move up to an adequate level and he has a chance to shoot FTs reasonably well by his senior season. He will be taking a RS this season so when his freshman year begins, he should be ready to contribute immediately.
