Me too!  Except I didn't get to go to any super bowl.  I was there however to witness John Elway inducted into the hall in person!  It was awesome!

Unless God intervenes, I'm pretty sure the Lions will cover.

Challenge 8  - New Tribe Games

This will be a two part challenge....   I will need a submission from each tribe tomorrow and Wednesday.

Tuesday's part will feature the NHL.

VANCOUVER ($100) @ CALGARY ($100)
TAMPA BAY ($100) @ CAROLINA ($100)
OTTAWA ($125) @ BOSTON ($100)
MINNESOTA ($150) @ DETROIT ($100)
ANAHEIM ($150) @ WASHINGTON ($100)


For each of these games, I need your tribe to pick the winner of the game, and whether the total score (In regulation time only) is over or under 5.5.

I will give your tribe $100  for each over/under you get correct, and the corresponding dollar value for the team you choose in the games above (The underdogs receive a better payout)

The amount of cash you make will be used for the second part of the challenge tomorrow where you will wager it final jeopardy style, so obviously you want to gain as much money as you can to start.  I will post the standings tomorrow and the event you will be wagering your winnings on.

For now, submit your 10 picks to me by 5PM Eastern tomorrow.

Thanks for the birthday wishes guys.....  Sorry for the delay in getting these up, I had planned on getting them up before I left work (why I made the deadline 5PM) but I didn't have picks from the Over Achievers.

And....

I still don't.  Which will make the next part of the challenge very difficult.
