Fixed. I did twist Gonzalez to 2004.

The theme requires us to roster 7 untwisted players, not including the player from the team draft. We thought that anyone useful would go quickly, and were also worried about getting stuck with useless players with somewhat higher salaries (this part didn't seem to pan out; there were still cheap players available in later rounds). So the priority was to draft players that we could roster without twisting. The down side is that we were at or near the end of the draft order for all 16 rounds.

moses_k, It seems that you and I had opposite strategies for this draft, at least at the start. I drafted 3 useless players in the first 5 rounds to get good teammates. I think you did well considering your drafting position thoughout the draft. I had Cano, Orsulak/Brown, Thon, all on my list. One unique thing about all of the 16x16 type drafts is that you have to be flexible to change your picks as each round unfolds.
