That's typical numbers for the starters of my five teams. I found the criticism of picking Klay Thompson in the bottom half of the 2nd round and playing Elton Brand at PF for some seasons puzzling.
That’s really, really low creb for a top lineup.
I'd say too much emphasis was placed on cReb during the analysis. You don't need great rebounding if you have a good positive differential between your team's eFG% and your opponents' eFG%.
In Ben’s defense on this post, it’s doesn’t say anything other than low creb. Considering you were the worst defensive rebounding team in league history, I’d say it’s a fair point. Your team still did well.
In a larger context, there certainly was no precedent for a team that low on rebounding. So kudos for thinking outside the box.
