Semi Finals of the Heartland Conference Tournament

The top 4 teams have advanced to the semi-finals, as they should. 5 of the last 9 seasons we have had an all North Final. It has been 9 seasons since there has been an all South Final. Clearly the top 2 teams this season are Westminstar and Transyvania. We'll see if they play that way tonight.

#1 Defiance vs #2 Transylvania (-6)

Definace won their only meeting 56-49 @ Definace.Definace has the most to play for of the Final Four teams. They need to win the CT in order to make the NT.

#1 Westminster (-15) vs #2 Blufton

Westminster won their only meeting 72-54 @ Westminster. Westminster puts their trifecta on the line. They are WIS #1, RPI #1, and SOS #1 in the country.

Congratulations on great seasons y and AP! Definace will be joining Franklin, Philadelphia Biblical, and Waynesburg in the PT. Blufton will be joining Transylvania and Westminster in the NT.
Heartland Conference Tournament Finals
#16 Transyvania vs #1 Westminster
Westminster is coming in on a 12 game winning streak. Their last loss was to... you guessed it, Transylvania. That was Westy's only loss in the last 20 games. The road team had their way in the two head-to-head match-ups this season with Transy winning 58-55 @ Westy, and Westy winning 83-70 @ Transy.
