I hoped Sierra would fall more as he is a real bargain.   Since there are almost no starting pitchers left I'll take Jim Palmer.

Having a good short IP bullpen won't help if you have bad starting pitching... it'll just burn them out quickly due to fatigue as they'll have to come in often.  So those owners who still need SPs can't afford to just dismiss getting those before trying to get relievers.
unless you think there's going to be a lot of good RP taken soon and no hurry to scarf up the crappy SPs remaining. that's right, I always outsmart myself by trying to guess what happens next.
