Then you end up with 14 pitchers. You’ll just have to find a way to make it work.

You can't draft 14 pitchers. The system will not let you pick that many.

Good point, sorry. If that happens, I may add a AAA pitching spot. You can draft a scrub and immediately demote him in favour of your other pitcher.

You would need to allow the team(s) to replace a pitcher with a hitter before AAA is available. If this happens, in order to submit the roster you need 25 players - 13 pitchers max. Why a scrub? The team should be allowed to pick anyone provided they stay under the $120K cap.

If a team has 14 pitchers they have to use, then they don't get to draft an extra hitter instead. They'll have to draft a scrub hitter to send down to AAA to ensure that if they do use that player, accidentally or otherwise, it'll be a really crappy player.

Any team that has 14 pitchers will draft their 14th pitcher as a AAA player, but they still need to make sure the actual salary of that 14th pitcher does not put them over $120M, or it will be an illegal team.

How about we all agree that skinndogg won't draft any more pitchers and no more than 2 teams drafting ahead of him in the next 3 rounds can draft pitchers so we don't have to find a funny way around this?

I think the problem relates to teams drafting ahead of skinndogg drafting pitchers and the chain assigns him the pitcher. It may not happen, but if it does he cannot submit a roster with 14 pitchers. The WIS won’t allow it. This is a quirk of the theme. He would need to select 13 pitchers to keep and select a hitter to finalize his roster. What is the logic of penalizing him and requiring him to take a scrub. As long as he is under $120K with his roster he’s playing within the rules.

As I said, just 1 person ahead of him has to agree not to draft a pitcher and this is not an issue...
