Arizona will have the BOB closed, so no heat issues for the ChiSox.

If these are their real choices, I think there's gonna be a 2-man showdown as a bonus follow up to this challenge.  We'll see.

Nice feedback, sjurat...!!

So is there actually some leeway on time? or if you follow the rules, the justices should vote.

They submitted there vote shortly after the post.   I am accepting it as the rules also say i would have challenges up earlier.    But, work interfered with me and their captain got home at 7:00.  I try to be reasonable since their was no apparent advanage gained by being a few minutes late.

So, Senators will get 1st or last.

lol...

Is it safe to assume we get the advantage in game 1 (Detroit/Colorado under 10), or were we supposed to specify that.
6/17/2011 8:19 PM
The Colorado_Detroit game is wild.   17 runs scored.  So both Justices and Governors have their 1st choice wrong.  Senators 1st choice is on the fence.  However, they already have the tiebreaker if they get it wrong.  So Senators win Governors lose.    There will be a special tiebreaking vote due to the fact that there must be a tie.  Afterwards, there will be a requirement to post Saturday night/Sunday from all that remain.

dawgnuts and hhauto are up for elimination.    Neither of them could win GD immunity before the 6:00 PM deadline.    However, they do have until 6:00 to play, find an hidden idol (if available), or convince other players to give them their idol.    In the menatime, to break the inevitable tie, the winning tribe - Senators - get to vote between the 2 Governors.  Senators tiebreaking votes are due by 6:00 PM Saturday EDT

I will gladly take the votes and bow Out. It's alot of fun but I just don't have the time or diverse sports knowledge to do very well..besides dawgnuts saved me on the last vote.

hhauto requested to be removed and the votes came in or him.  So hhauto took his own sword.

We all know how painful that can be.

43 men have occupied the office of the Presidency.   Because Grover Cleveland served 2 non-consecutive terms, Barrack Obama is considered the 44th President of the United States of America.  We have had great ones; scandelous ones, divisive ones, and unifying ones.   Nonetheless, it is a pressure filled job.  You may like ones and others may dislike the same ones.  Fortunately, one great thing about this country is we can disagree with each other and have negative opinions about those who run our government.

Of the 43 men who served as President, exactly 14 of them had also served the country as Vice President at some point in time.  Coincidently, there are 14 players left in this.  So your task for tonight is to select one of the following 1 VPs who would later become President:

John Adams - Arfy
Chester A Arthur
George H W Bush- dawgnuts
Calvin Coolidge - muddapucka
Millard Fillmore - katzphang88
Gerald R Ford - atcchris
Thomas Jefferson - awags
Andrew Johnson - golfpro71
Lyndon B Johnson
Richard M Nixon sjurat
Theodore Roosevelt - peanutjets
Harry S Truman - da_goat
John Tyler - acrees1972
Martin Van Buren - csudak
