The Democrats have no message, not on economics, not on taxes, not on jobs, not on failing #Obamacare. They are only OBSTRUCTIONISTS!

-Trump on Twitter
I half agree with him here. There is no Democratic message.
They don't need one at this point. Just stay the hell out of the way and let the child bang his head on the table until it explodes.

They way the Dems work anything they'd say or do would just screw things up and get in the way............
You're absolutely wrong here. The Democrats DO need a tangible platform. "Against Trump" won't increase votes or turnout.
I couldn't agree more strongly.

The GOP was subverted by the Tea Party during the Obama Administration and became nothing but obstructionists. Now that the tables have turned, the Democrats are doing THE EXACT SAME ******* THING.

Washington is hopelessly broken right now, and will stay broken until the citizens/electorate realize that it's time to take back the country from the current bozos we've elected at the national level, and start voting for people with real tangible ideas rather than voting against the other party or candidate.

Good luck with that. The crazy on both sides are prevalent in this thread. And I'm pretty sure that represents most of America.

The world is laughing at us.

It doesn't matter how much pretend money or how many weapons we have.

The world is laughing at us.

Privileged kids ***** slapping each other while the rest of them make off with the pie.

This government has been in an unofficial shutdown since the election.

We lay weak and prostrate until somebody grows up.

i take it you are referring to trump......he is not growing up.....it is the age of trump - 5.
once again.......the repubs have the entire congress...even with majority......THEY are the party of no......they cannot govern.

Hey Dino. Beautiful day. We are so thankful.

I am referring to ALL of us.

We need to grow up.

The world is laughing at us.

Agreed. When people start voting on issues (like Trumps supporters did - even though he has no intention on addressing those issues), then people who want to get elected will address those issues. Dems aren't even in that mindset.

Oh wait. Did DougOut post something? Weird. I can't see it.

Actually, I don't. I hope to walk through it with you.

Forgive me for not reading every post by every individual. I can't do it and also allow myself the time I need to enjoy my life in other endeavors.

I know I have times where I can focus a bit on this site. You drew me in. I was hoping you would be the first. To explain this new America.

I don't understand you people. I would like to. I would like to believe we are more alike than different. We simply choose different paths.

Paths to success are not divergent in my mind. They should cross and run parallel. We've been together for too long.

We share the same space everyday and there's not enough room left for hate. Hate has to find it's own space.

We are hurting right now. We need to pull together. How can I come over? I'd love to help.

the tea party and its mutation of trumpism hijacked the old conservative party......the post Reagan conservatives became world class obstructionists and put hatred and every type of divisiveness front and center...it culminated in a symbolic president that serves as a vehicle for turf animosity towards the other and all allied with the other....some like all3 will say i am spewing hate...im not. this is objective observation...i am on the side of objective history........the country will continue to suffer unless part of the country joins those who are constructive and progressive as opposed to regressive..

What are your TOP 5 things you loved about the OLD Conservative Party?
6/11/2017 2:56 PM
i didnt love the old conservative party but the 2 parties could coexist and compromise.....look at Tipper O'neill and Reagan........almost everyone from both parties were center or left to center or right to center..........can you imagine an arlen spector running for the first time today...no chance....look at the lack of interest in the old school republican john kasich...he had no baggage.....and no chance.

This post has a rating of , which is below the default threshold.
SO....the tea party mutation of the OLD Conservative party isn't a mutation at all. You are simply at odds with anything right of your perceived center.

There is not ONE thing you loved about the old conservative party and therefore there is nothing you do or did or will have in common with any party or structure from that current perception...and it frightens me to death. I am afraid for all of us.

Reagan was right of center. He lost in 1976. The Republicans hated him. The people loved him. He rejuvenated America.

We might still have that opportunity. I am more than aware of your stance and that it will not change. I wish you had asked me what I like about the OLD Democratic Party. I would have given you answers. You wouldn't have liked any of them.
6/11/2017 3:27 PM
you are a phoney...you like to play games with your 100 questions......igave you a very reasonable answer...i never said i did or did not love anything about the old republicans...i dont need to ..i did speak complimentarly of the old republicans and reagan and yet you come up with your assinine response..you need to be frightened of your self with your phoney philosophies.....you are a game player.
