What happens is WifS sees another glut of openings and re-thinks their decisions to open new worlds under any circumstances. Some will even correlate the problem to opening a new world.
What WifS should do is limit the number of worlds. Create a demand for the product. If I want to add a team, I can pick from dozens of worlds. I can do it tomorrow or I can do it in October. There's no concern. Now, if openings are snapped up in a matter of hours, I have to re-think my plan. He who hesitates is lost in my new HBD. World A not quite what I want? Maybe I take it instead of waiting to see what World B is about.
The problem is "How do you get to that point?" The answer is close struggling worlds. But NO ONE wants to pull the plug. It doesn't guarantee that any owner who is removed from the closed world will sign on somewhere else. But, if WifS has the balls to continue to close worlds while the ******** grows louder and louder, they create a demand for the product despite losing a few owners along the way.
