I'm up on the Tigers round but doesn't Crowe have to wait for a Reverse to be played in the Royals round before he can start Round 13 since Round 13 doesn't technically start until Saturday? Or am I mistaken?

No, you're right. He can't start the round until a reverse has been played. McLain and Aguirre should still be available.
