quick question - When it comes to drafting players 6 & 7 under 2600 minutes...

Are we allowed to draft someone that meets the criteria but then use that player with a player we've already drafted? i.e - use a season of my drafted PG under 2600 minutes and use drafted player 6 over 2600 minutes?
