yes, the 47 mil cap is for your whole team, and NO... someone else can't use any season of a player once they've been selected in the draft rounds

Starting in a couple hours, I'll be pretty much off-line until Friday night.  I've sent a sitemail to empdenied asking if he can co-commish during American daytime.  sweg has my proxy for my round 5 pick.

ok, am back until 1:30, then have to teach for two hours, then return at 3:30. if anyone needs proxies posted u can send them to me.  and NO, steelers, even though u drafted peja, you cannot use him as a bench plaer too. no clones, paisano.

You can use Peja at SG as long as he is 100% at SF where he was drafted.  He just needs to be 100% at the position drafted and if he is you can play him where ever you want.
