a non-draft question regarding the teams for round 2: Is the deadline for the submission for the first 3 teams for round 2 still on for next friday November 2?

Yes, there really should be no reason why people can't get three teams entered.  Everybody should have their 80M team already decided.  Everybody should have their 100M team pretty much done.  And everybody has had weeks to build just one more team.

That being said, I will move the first deadline to Sunday, November 4.

I would say we might need to careful in theses early selections.  Even though Chipper's salary is lower then what mensu could draft, mensu could theoretically still draft a higher salary version of Chipper with his pick.  Even though it might be unlikely, I think it might be better to be safe then to cause unnecessary problems.
