Hard to see what's on that red shirt. I think Trump will win a lot of gay votes. With what ISIS, Saudi Arabia, Iran, etc are doing to them, it's tribal. Obama's (and Clinton's) cultural relativism has left them behind.

Thanks Raucous lol -- now I see!!

Marco Rubio appears to be warming up toDonald Trump, saying Friday his “performance has improved significantly." Rubio has also continued to withold an endorsement of Ted Cruz, even though he previously praised him as the conservative in the race.

Last Sunday on Univision, Rubio said it appeared Trump will lock down the nomination.

"If he keeps winning delegates like he did the other night in New York, I think he's going to reach that number," Rubio said on Al Punto Florida. "But let's see. There are still other states to go."

Except it isn't really the same thing.

You (or I) may disagree with Clinton's policy preferences or dislike her as a candidate but voting for her in the primary is still a rational action if you are a Democrat.

Voting for Trump in the GOP primary is completely irrational if you are Republican. He is going to get smoked in the general election and people that think otherwise are delusional. Voting for Trump in the primary actually helps Clinton.
Hillary Clinton holds just a 3-point lead over Republican front-runner Donald Trump in a national head to head matchup, according to a George Washington University Battleground Poll.

And Trump hasn't even started on Crooked Hillary yet
That's basically the only poll on earth showing him within 7 points of her.

Don't cherry pick.
And by cherry-picked you mean provided you with the most recent polling?

More recent. Clinton +11.

No response to this?
Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton are tied nationally in the latest Rasmussen Reportssurvey, but nearly a quarter of the voters said they would stay home or vote third party if either was a major-party candidate.

If/when Trump gets the nomination, he can stop worrying about appeasing the GOP and widen his appeal. Nate Silver and the media have had it the wrong way around: it's HILLARY who has a ceiling. I'm trying to imagine her actually convincing (additional) people to vote for her. I just can't. I think the ball will be in Trump's court.

DUMP DUMB TRUMP!!!
Wow, what an intelligent, informative post. Thanks for sharing (and showing the level of most Trump-haters).

My job is to keep you idiots informed. I am on a mission from God.

And by the way, if you are looking for intelligent informative posts why the hell would you look here?

Maybe this thread now turns into a "cripple fight" between Doug and RCBracco. At least it wouldn't be the most boring thing in the world.

You recognize that this is about the level at which Trump talks about anything, right?

This is an intelligent attack on Trump. It's appealing to the level of thought of which Trump supporters in general are demonstrating themselves to be capable.

But RC Bracco has no credibility; he hasn't made $8 billion and or created a successful reality TV show, as far as we know!

If you look around on YouTube, there's a video of Trump testifying before a Congressional committee (around 1990-91) about real estate and construction in New York City. It makes a much stronger impression than his political rhetoric.

Also, your characterization of Trump supporters is offensive! (Just joking)... But I do think it's incorrect. He has a wide support base which seems to include a substantial proportion of college grads. When I think about my conversations with people who support Hillary Clinton (not the cynical ones who feel they have no choice -- I mean the actual believers), I want to puke.

Thank you, someone gets the point

How do you know what I have done in my life? The Dump has ripped off people on his way to that $8 billion and if that is what you want as a President then you are welcome to it.

Right, well the odds are, um, sort of against you (or anybody encountered on a chatboard) having made $8 billion -- tack the reality show on there as well and the odds go down further; you might just get the idea that I wasn't seriously questioning what you've done with your life.

In any case, the answer to your question is "no," I don't care that there are allegations that Trump University ripped people off. This country has too much $hit on its plate to continually disqualify candidates from political office for conduct which is a political gotcha and doesn't bear on their efficacy as President. If Bill Clinton ran today, he wouldn't stand a chance. (Granted, he may be an extreme case.)

So, Trump's business is no doubt a scam, since anything claimed by John Oliver must be true. But, his narrative doesn't seem to be catching on. He certainly rallied the base, I'll give him that.
