I go a step further and say that WiS should not allow a private world to go public, even at the request of the commish
private worlds are private for a reason ... WiS allowed any person to form a world ... they controlled who got in and who didn't ... let those same people keep getting the world filled as owners depart ... if they can't find replacement owners, the world dies ... it shouldn't be WiS' responsibility to ensure that the world has 32 owners until the end of time
