I will have my keepers in shortly - busy lately

We'll be using the Pennsylvania Evening Lottery number, once again. Whatever owner has the number that comes up on Monday, October 19 gets the #1 pick. The owner with the number that comes up on Tuesday, October 20 gets the 2nd pick, and the owner with the number that comes up on Wednesday, October 21 gets the 3rd pick. If an owner has any of their numbers come up more than once, they keep their pick, and it's like the duplicate day never happened and we try again the next day to get a "valid" number.
