Can someone explain what I did wrong?? I went hard after a pg recuit. He was only being recruited by a sim with the same prest. as me. I thought he was coming along nicely so I offered to have him visit my campus. He accepted and I thought he would sign but suddenly he was acting like I had never recruited him when sighnigs started and I had to start over. So I went all through it again and he visited my campus again but then was declining playing time. I even offered him to start immediately but he declined. I now have used all of my funds and will probably take a walk on. Any suggestions for future recruiting??

Jade, were you ever listed as a school he was considering?

What was his distance from you?

Did the SIm sign him, or did he just not sign at all?

Nice arssanguinus. I pulled in a PG recruit who has pretty solid cores, and a 54 REB rating as a bonus.

no arssanguinus he never listed me. I thought I could lure him away from a sim school.

my school is in MN. and he is in Mississippi but he signed with a school in Cal.

and yes he did sign with the sim school???

For the first time since Season 7 or 8, William Paterson will be rostering a walk-on for Season 20.

Same here reddevil. Brought in a good class, but definitely don't like having walk-ons around.

Note, Jade: FOr the Simmy the distance between California and MIssisippi only counts as, someone correct me if I am wrong, 250 miles. Normal distance penalty doesn't apply to the sims. If you want to knock a sim off of a player, I generally find that you want to jump early and hard, so you can get some early considering credit that can grow.

I have a point guard recruit who has a little substandard BH, it can get possibly to reasonable standards through potential. . but he could potentially end up with a mid seventies passing, a speed of more than ninety and an ATH of more than 50, with a not spectacular but respectable PER that might end in the forties. I have never had someone who has the potential to get in the nineties in speed before. . . .


Well, I probably would not have been getting in a battle for a player that far away. The extra expense necessary is extreme, especially since the sim doesn't have to account for distance.

LOL We will miss you. Congrats on the Number #3 preseason ranking Connor. And I love the addition of Ohio Northern they were a huge powerhouse a couple seasons ago and are still really good.

it was Monte Walker and he signed with Chapman. I know he probably wasnt worth the effort but like I said I thought I could lure him away from a sim without much effort and when it didnt happen I got stubborn.
