I think the fair way to handle these players are if you draft one that has an available season as both a hitter and pitcher, you must decide whether you will use the hitter season or pitcher season.....you can't use both.

Andy, if you draft Harry Stovey (who is a 1b in 85 and an OF thereafter), just as an example, can you change his position year by year?
