It says two contradictory things:

• ...remember, the drop off is only at the top.
• ...with everyone else falling into place

You can't have it both ways.  Either only the top guys are affected, or everyone is.  Personally, I think it makes sense that everyone is, but someone at WIS please clarify this.  Thank you.

I pasted that straight from my answer, and I agree with you 100%. It HAS to effect every player or else you reach a point where 80 power is just as good as 90 or something like that.

There have been a couple of recent threads concerning snake_p and his history within this community. I do not feel that these threads benefit the community in any way. As such, I have removed them from the forums.

Additionally, snake_p has proven himself to be detrimental to the community. I have banned the snake_p account from posting in the forums for the time being.

Finally, I want to make it perfectly clear that I stand by everything I have posted regarding the snake_p account. I posted nothing but the facts based on information that I have access to within our system, but was careful not to post any private information concerning the accounts. I never posted additional information because I did not feel it was necessary to do so -- one post was enough to bring the facts to bear and discredit snake_p in his attempts to slander WIS. I felt his actions were damaging to WIS and therefore I acted -- and would do it again.

I can only hope my recent policy of redlining his posts in my threads contributed to this in some small way.
