IF one wins and the other loses: the winner wisn the tourney.

IF they both win: tiebreaker rules will apply. 
   Tiebreaker rule 1. Head to Head-they did not play each other, 
                                2. Record vs common opponents. That is still tied.  
                                3. Point diff vs common opponents. Currently Blackburn is winning this 48-38.

IF they both lose: there will be a four way tie with Eastern, Uw-Oshkosh, USGCA, and Blackburn. Tiebreaker rules will apply.
