Ok, just for fun-this effects nothing with this current season because I have the offense and defense I have, but if you could wave a wand and make them proficient at any offense, which one would you choose for this roster?

this is a tough one. they are all across the board. as i mentioned earlier, knowing the strengths of each offense is only really useful if you build the team around it and then set them up correctly as well. many teams are not built for any particular offense, this team is one, so its hard to answer this kind of question. but, i'll try anyway.
- i am going to go off your team as they stand today. sorting by age makes it a pain in the *** to look at :)
- i am a guard first man, and really everything i think about with these offenses primarily revolves around the 1-3, so that's where ill start
- your poor passing at the 1/2 makes this a less than desirable triangle team. probably flex too
- your good per ratings with solid (meaning decent but not good) spd and solid bh lend themselves towards shooting the 3. also ft ratings. kline has good ft shooting but his per is a lot stronger than spd/bh so he is definitely more of a 3 man. joyce is really the only guy who looks like a motion offense guard. with that passing, and less than exceptional ath/spd, it seems every single offense is ruled out as being ideal by yours guards. hence the difficulty of your question.
- your sf has great passing. and is a great perimeter shooting. this makes me lean towards triangle or flex.
- your bigs do not have very good ath/spd. definitely not a fb team, i would say.
- schwalm, sutton, and lovell (all big men) all have what i consider "extra crap" in triangle - per and bh. and they have enough of it to not be totally insignificant.
so i really don't know. i guess i have to pick one. FB is the only one i would definitely rule out due to the ath/spd/ft being trumped by lp/per. your biggest weakness is that passing at the 1/2, which suggests motion, but your sf maybe makes up for that. i generally like to leverage strengths first (its a multiplier on a bigger number) and minimize weaknesses second, so i will go with that. your biggest strength is probably your 3 point shooting. with only 1 great scoring big, and that bh/per, i am going to conclude flex would be the offense i would play if i could magically wave the wand.
