I think I'm in, but a couple of questions along the way:  I'm confused about the draft.  If I were to take Pittsburgh, I'd be guaranteed the first pick in the five round draft correct?  Does the draft snake? 

Yes.... with Pittsburgh, you would get the first draft choice.

However, the first draft is RANDOM order to choose a team as a base for 20 players from 2010.  The dispersal draft will NOT be snake -- just straight 1-16 each of the 5 rounds.

OK, here is a primer on how the league draft(s) will run...

everyone chooses a 2010 team.

You keep 20 players, no twisting.

Of the 14 teams not chosen, you can draft players off of their rosters to make your last 5 players.

The worse the record, the higher your draft order in each league.

SO, if you take Pittsburgh, you get the first pick in each round. But, the random order will decide which team you will start with.
