Actually, a snake style draft wouldn't work well in this format. We start off with a completely new pool of players each round. The first couple and last couple of players in the draft order would have a huge advantage over those in the middle of the order.

i agree with dahs and suggested that to you this way everyone gets at least 1 first round pick and you move up each round until you get to 1 then return back to 24th...then 23rd and so on. as far as the 25th man do another random order at the end of the draft and that will be the order for the last pick

so for instance i am picking 9th 1st rd , 8th 2nd, 7th 3rd, 6th 4th rd until i get to one in the ninth then in 10th round i get 24th, 11th rd 23rd etc

I agree with dahs and nice...that way each team gets a 1st round pick...and the 25th round being random.  With that said We welcome the Big Train with the 2nd pick.

I'll hold off on making my pick for a bit to see if we've got the draft order settled.  I agree that everyone getting a 1st round pick at some point is better than snake.
