No Trades, WW
Yes playoff push, quick start
playoffs must be live
50 games min for playoffs
Stadium must be 1960-present of your chosen franchise.

There are good theme ideas out there that are 120 million caps. Some people (like myself) enjoy 80 million where you don't see the same players and can use some different players you never see. I think this would be a good league that you can take alot of different ways with each team. Everybody would be competitive.
