Now over 96 hours with no response or even acknowledgement that they have looked at a high-priority ticket.
Wow, that's seriously terrible. Very disappointing.

Yeah, for the most part, I have no issue with CS.  I know the vast majority of their tickets are akin to the old lady arguing that her bread coupon should be honored even though it expired in 2009.  However, when an owner is intentionally trying to wreck a team, and a world, there should be a priority placed on that ticket.   Even if they have some big shutdown in a few days.    How long can it possibly take someone to open a ticket, say "Not a priority.  We'll get this one next week" and move on to bigger/better?

How many new tickets could they possibly have to deal with each day? 25? 50?

Can't be any more difficult than checking email in the morning.

With 8 different games and customer base full of whining fools, they may get hundreds per day.   But, again, click, decide it can wait, and move on.  This particular case is not a "move on" ticket.    With that, I'm not sure how difficult it is too "freeze" a team or just transfer it to the new owner.   I can't imagine that being too time consuming.

Transfering a team often happens in a matter of hours, or even minutes if you're lucky.

This is a joke.

You can't fix stupid.

Now at 121 hours and 50 minutes with no response or even acknowledgement that they have looked at a high-priority ticket.

Hey...at least your ticket is still in the queue. I've put a few in that are just deleted. My guess is they got themselves Ignatius Reilly at the helm.
Are you sure you fully submitted the tickets? When they instituted a two-step process to submit them, a lot of people didn't realize that after submitting the ticket, they have to confirm that they really, truly, honestly want to submit the ticket they just submitted. After initially submitting, you get a follow-up screen with incredibly helpful FAQs that have nothing to do with your issue, and you have to scroll down past them and hit submit again.
Like josh says above, did you fully submit the ticket?  I know I've done this in the past, where I write up a ticket then forget to submit on the next page, it hits me the next day when there is no response.

As bad as CS is, it's hard to believe they would miss a ticket for 5 days.

Yes, the ticket shows as "pending" on my Locker Room page.

Now over a week with no response.
8/24/2011 6:22 PM
Send in another, identical ticket?
8/25/2011 3:27 PM
I've often had to send in a ticket to remind them about a pending ticket.

Well done WIFS....
