Shouldn't DITR quality and number be tied to one of the scouting budgets?  Advanced scouting seems like the best fit to me, but I'm flexible.  In fact, I set the school record for the "v-reach" as an 8th grader.
i like this idea. im sure there's a downside to it i havent thought of yet but it sounds like a good idea and would make advanced scouting a bit more important. id probably still budget 0, but im sure there are some who budget 0 now that would start throwing a few million in adv scouting if it meant once every couple seasons their 5th round rp turd they drafted became a ml quality rp.

Accuracy of projected ratings.  The higher the Advanced scouting budget, the more accurate projections you will see.

In my own opinion the DITR should be allowed for every player(even 1st round picks) at every level up to 4 pro seasons and the percentage of it happening should be tied to the quality of the coaching staff, that way there would be some skill involved in the DITR.

I've had a DITR that made my player worse! I had a 30 OVR C, with 8 DUR, that had awesome hitting/defensive ratings, so when the DITR 'boost' came it just fiddled with the ratings, and made him actually worse (at least IMO). I think it should be linked to budgeting in some way, investing in training/coaching/scouting should pay dividends when its compared to someone that doesn't invest, if you're not willing to pay for the relevant budget area then you should be at a disadvantage.

Worse in what way?

This would address a lot of the complaints about DITRs.

I believe that's called "development"

With the new highlights when hovering over line items, each line item should stay highlighted if it is checked (i.e. roster moves on the GM page, etc.).

Where is the "Actionable 40-Man Roster page".  I found the read-only one.

I like this idea, I'll see what we can do.

It is the last option in the level drop down on the Edit Rosters page.

Thanks, Patrick.

Maybe in the next update, you can add the total on the 40 man roster report ( for instance 35/40 ) instead of just listing the players. Sorry to nitpick

When using Firefox, the team notes input box at the bottom of edit rosters pages got a little jacked.  Looks fine with IE and Chrome.

Would be nice on the iPhone to be able to use the top menu options - they load before choosing the final page in the drop down hierarchy.
