Should I load more distro on this guy? Topic

Gotta be honest, love the 50% shooting from beyond the arc. He's obviously scoring more, but as of now, I notice that he has more rebounds and assists per game than last year, and so I'd leave it. What is his offensive percentage?

hard to argue with his current percentages but what I love about his ability to get to the line is you can get your opponent in foul trouble, especially an opponent without much depth at his position. Then you really exploit the mismatch. The dropoff in FT attempts is massive. Again, hard to argue with his results. He's a machine.

What I did with Barry Gibson (who was good, but not as good as that guy!), was to keep talking up is distro until I noticed a drop in his FG%.  I think his final year he averaged 29 points and 10 rebounds per game (I don't save stats, just attributes).  Here is Gibson at the end of his Senior year:

Barry Gibson Sr. C 93 45 100 99 76 98 33 25 32 98 99 99

I have kept his distro in the 15-20% range....may need to give him more.

One bias in the stats - the first 10 games were nonconference.  Conference opponents will be tougher.  Still unsure about the trade off between treys and FTA

his FT rate is down a ton, but i'd guess a lot of it is attributed to not having close games... both fewer minutes and fewer fouls at the end of games. but if not, it is indeed a worrisome trend, and I'm not sure I'd take it as the tradeoff.

Maybe I'd give him a bunch more shots in general, though, and hope to get more FTs, too.
