My first team that I took to the NT in DIV III. First NT appearance led to a sweet 16.

Winning the NT with Wyoming, my alma mater, in Season 35, Crum.  This was, of course, pre-potential.  A non Big 6 team winning the NT is much less likely in the current  HD.

My squad finished lost in the NT Championship game. 
Had three 3-yr starters and the other two joined them as Sophs.  4 of them went over the 700 mark with 3 of them 740+.
An outstanding team that had inside and outside scoring. I mis-coached them and liked to go up tempo so my bench could grow as well.
In the NT Game, I should've went slow down and played the fab-5 for 34 mins each.

Live and learn!! I'd love to have that team back now that I'm a better game planner .. lol
But is was an awesome 4 year run. They were my first ever recruiting class in Knight and to have landed all five took quite some doing. Didn't think they'd turn out that good, but I got to see what a high WE and lots of H/H's can do when combined with serious playing time. :)

Menlo in Naismith, Season 54. A massive rebuild project in its 4th year, led by 5 SRs and one JR*, all recruited with C- prestige, ended up winning the NC. 

I had a Minnesota Crookston team a couple of years ago that ended up being really good, and I only recruited international players for them. It was fun, and a little like playing the lottery....
