Get a spot while you can, folks!  This league will have more parity than any other franchise league you'll ever play.  Last season, the Celtics only won 33 games and the Lakers a measly 17.  The Clippers won 51 and the Magic won 63.  How about the Warriors over the Bullets for the title?

Draws occur every 4 minutes.  Lowest combined total gets the top pick, second lowest gets second pick, etc.  Ties?  Broken by 1-2-3 beats 1-2-4, etc.
