ty: Nice to see you join this league ... 1993 was Ryan's last season, with few IP's and a declining K/BB ratio. Likely starters will be Maddux, Rijo, Appier, and Cone ... Position players may include fine folks like Olerud, Dykstra, and Alomar ...

coyote: 69 was the year for the Amazing Mets, when Ryan was a young reliever for them ... It was a good season for Marichal, Koosman (Seaver allowed too many HR's for my taste), Dierker, and Cuellar ... Aaron, F. Robinson, and Rose were over-all good position players ...

Gus, I know all about the miracle mets, i lived every minute of it: tom terrific, the glider, koos, cleon and A-G, rocky swoboda.
I even remember nolan and his pickle brine.

Played my first sim game with this team.  Ryan et al have 5 Ks and 9 BBs.......should make for some fun games.
