You should probably remove practice points from Reb and conditioning then.
That's not gonna happen. Especially since we're not going to be able to learn anything due to small sample size.

FYI, Jansen 7 rebs, Tebo 4 in last night's game.

Mike, what are the conclusions you are drawing from this data? If it's IQ helps rebounding. Then you are right

Or, is it something else? Are you trying to quantify the value?

WE also plays a role in rebounding.
Back in the old days of HD, WE did play a part in the game. A high WE would give a small boost.

At some point around 2008 or 2009, they stated that WE would no longer play a part in the game and it would just be limited to improving skills and IQ.
There is so much misinformation in this thread I am not sure where to start.....

"WE" NEVER mattered to anything except ratings and IQ growth.

There was a time when some moron 1st level CS representatives gave out false information about WE affecting game play but Tarek later said those tickets/answers were incorrect.

Mostly just the effect of IQ. Sample size will be too small to quantify anything. But, in the other thread, people seemed to be poo-pooing the value of IQ. But I bet they put 20m, at least, in O and D. Which is about 30% of their practice minutes.

I read it in an old dev chat.

Because the sample is so small, you won’t be able to see the effect of IQ.
12/30/2017 12:13 PM
Won't I?
12/30/2017 12:21 PM
You won’t. With a sample that small, you won’t be able to tell if any variance is just due to randomness.
12/30/2017 12:24 PM
I'll draw my own conclusions. I'm not trying to convince you of anything.
12/30/2017 12:26 PM
You're already doing it incorrectly by disregarding tempo.
12/30/2017 12:28 PM
Mike: hey guys, I’m going to hit my fingers with this hammer.

Everyone: Seems a little misguided.

Mike: I’ll draw my own conclusions!

Pretty sure both players are playing at the same tempo.

Whoosh.

Also not accounting for # of possible rebounds in a game.

But hey, its your "experiment" do it how you'd like.

Dig it up, share it, then I will dig up a quote from tarek saying otherwise

Thanks for your permission.

The obvious flaw, if one is playing 3 1/2 minutes more than the other, is that they're not facing the same individual opponents. But you clowns are too busy worrying over what I'm doing to even catch that.
