I know at $180M you can put an all-world team together by going low on your picks, but how do you not pick Ruth? One of him is a boost. Having 3 seems simply unfair to everyone else...and he's exclusive. That should be a slam dunk.

Ya, I don't understand the "low cost pick" strategy at this cap, but to each their own.

If Ruth would have dropped to me I would have taken him, but those 3 seasons are 70 million of your cap. Even at 180 that is a big chunk of your cap. And I've never been a fan of the long ball in WIS. Dead ball pitchers vs. the Babe, he can struggle with his batting avg. and his strikeouts vs. the modern stud pitchers.
